Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Palo Pinto County

Had a great stay! Very peaceful! Janet the host, gave us plenty of recommendations for places to go or eat! We all had a great time…kids & adults! House was very nice!

The home was perfect for us and 2 other of our baseball team families. Everyone had their own space with plenty of spreading out room in the common areas. The boys were able to stay together in the bunk room which they loved and were kept entertained by the pool table, darts, basketball goal and ping pong table. If we are ever in the area again, this place will be at the top of our list. Its about 20 minutes to Rocker B Ranch fields.

We loved our stay here at Sunset Point! We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the birdlife go past. The baby goslings were a hit with our toddler! The space is open and has lots of grass surrounding it to play outdoors with the kids, we barely spent any time indoors!

We had a great experience at this house. Like many other guests, we were there for a baseball tournament at Rocker B Ranch. This house was an easy 10 minute drive to the fields, which was so convenient for going back and forth. The house & grounds were lovely and clean. The pool was perfect for the kids to cool off and play in, and the fenced in yard was ideal for our dog. Layout of the house was great, and had all the essentials. We really appreciated the laundry room and covered parking too. The host was very responsive & accommodating, & it was clear that she enjoys making guests feel welcome. We will be back!

Christine was great. She gave great instructions on how to get there and I failed to read them! Doh! Won’t make that mistake again. It is definitely out in the middle of nowhere with no service in spots so read the instructions before you go. We had a few issues come up but Christine was very quick to respond and make everything she could right.

We had a 3 day weekend with our big family here and we loved it! It had everything we needed for a fun stay including the pool, hot tub, well equipped kitchen, and very comfortable spaces for everyone. highly recommend!

Great place. Wonderful location withing walking distance to a really great restaurant and pizza place next door. Brandon was easy to reach and communicated quickly when we needed something. Condo had every amenity we needed while staying there. Will definitely look to booking this place next time we're headed to PK.

we were in town for a Rocker B tournament and we couldn't have been happier. the fields were less than 10 min away and we were so grateful to have the space for our big family to cool down and relax was outside the chaos of the ranch. the home was beautiful, very well maintained, everything you could need and more. the BBQ and Mexican restaurants right next store were both really good. Jennifer was also very responsive and helpful. I will do everything I can to book here again during future tournaments.

This place was very nice and very clean. The view was amazing! Close to town. but far enough for some peace and quiet. The host was very responsive and was accommodating to my last minute booking. I would definitely book again.

This was our second time staying at Sions condo & it did not disappoint. We had a great time & we highly recommend Sions Condo. Therer was an issue with the elevator because of over night storms, but we contacted Sion & the issue was resolved even on a weekend. Great Service. We will defimetly stay again

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo! Our family of 7 had plenty of space and things to do while there. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and in a great location. We enjoyed the pool, fitness room, and delicious restaurants that are within walking distance. Not to mention, the in-unit washer and dryer were a BIG plus.

Perfect location if you want to be on the water/marina! The condo was exactly as described. It is updated nicely and pristinely clean. Basic items are included in the condo and a cute little grocery store close by that provides all items needed for a lake weekend. There is also a yummy restaurant within walking distance. If I HAD to give any suggestions - I'd say more pillows on the master bed and higher quality. The condo is right over the pool so you do hear pool noise, but it is vacated at set hours. It was a perfect set up for kids! We will DEFINITELY stay at this spot again.

Excellent location when going back and forth to rocker B- perfect for a respite from the baseball hubbub! Well appointed condo, with very comfortable bedding and towels and even some extras in the cabinets that most do not and added such convenience! We really enjoyed the beautiful accommodations and great location.

This was our first time going to Rocker B for my son’s baseball tournament and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while there. The condo was clean, beautiful and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay! I will definitely be back! The host was also very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed here while at a baseball tournament at rocker B Ranch. Loved how easy it was to get to the ranch from here and that we had Hemingway's restaurant right next door on the trading Post the little grocery store and gas station we're very close too. We loved Jennifer's unit in particular because it was on the 1st floor right by the pool. it was super clean and well stocked too!

We had an excellent stay at this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our visit. The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the detail and the welcoming atmosphere. Would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Chris was an amazing host for our family while in town for a baseball tournament. We appreciated his flexibility on a late checkout! Want to come back again to enjoy the property. Only downside was the jacuzzi was never hot, we noticed this last year too.
