On the 4th floor with elevator, it consists of an ample living area with kitchen and balcony, three bedrooms (one suite) with balconies, the whole highlighting the works of our grandfather, a noted sculptor, and other artists.

L’appartamento, molto panoramico, è sito al piano secondo (scala con ascensore) di un edificio storico ed è composto da tre camere da letto, due bagni e cucina. L'edificio fa angolo con l'isola di pedonale di via Monferrato, ricca di negozi, locali e ristoranti. Il parcheggio pubblico è a pagamento in Piazza Gran Madre e nelle vicinanze. Il supermercato è a pochi metri da casa.

A piedi puoi raggiungere due supermercati, una panetteria e un ristorante. Autobus a 350 m. Animali benvenuti, purché non siano mai lasciati soli nel loft o in giardino.
