Local restaurants such as Mexicaly, Walmart, McDonald's, DD, Subway, BigY are all within 1 mile. A/C units are provided during the summer months. Turn of the century church-turned-artist-studio residence awaits you. Located on 1 1/2 private acres this place is peaceful and unique. The basement apartment is industrial modern. Rental does not include chapel area. Industrial modern apartment meets Victorian-era New England church turned art studio. 1 pillow-top queen bed and 4 bunked twins. Chapel use is not included in this rental. This rental is about a 1 1/2 hour drive to Boston and 3 hour drive to New York City.
