The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Prestigiosa struttura fronte mare nel porticciolo di Riomaggiore a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Comodo da raggiungere a piedi dalla stazione da cui dista circa 2 minuti, vicino a tutti i servizi. Dotato di terrazzo abitabile vista mare, vasca idromassaggio in ampia grotta naturale, doccia filo pavimento a vista, ma oscurabile con apposite tende, TV a schermo piatto, aria condizionata. The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.
