This condo is attached to my home but is totally independant with private access. The condo is upstairs and accessible by a spiral staircase ( avoid large suitcase, may be challenging for some people) A large bedroom with a queen bed, an equiped kichen ( combined microwave/ oven), a bathroom ( large shower) and a living room with high ceiling. We follow cleaning recommendations. You can arrive anytime after check in time.PARKING is in the dead end street in front of my garden

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The home looked exactly like the photos—beautiful, spotless, and incredibly welcoming. It had everything we could possibly need and more including a beautiful baby grand piano! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine for cooking—every tool and gadget at your fingertips. There was even an array of wine and beer available for a minimal cost, which was such a thoughtful touch. The backyard was a true highlight—peaceful, private, and beautifully landscaped, with a gorgeous pool and hot tub that made it feel like a luxury retreat. The host was fantastic: always quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating. Every detail was clearly thought through to make guests feel comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This unit on the Manatee River was beautifully decorated and had a fabulous view. We hit Florida at a time when the weather was near perfect, so I spent a lot of time in the swinging chairs outside, reading and watching the water. The beach is an easy 10 to 15 minute drive and the grocery store is convenient, too.

Bettina has a lovely home and it’s close to all beaches. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet! Very relaxing. Bettina is proactive, friendly and very responsive. She made check in and check out very easy and is always asking for help. I can see why she’s a super host! I would recommend for a peaceful getaway close to the beaches.

From the moment you walk in the door you know you are about to have an amazing week! Beautiful everywhere you look inside and out! From enjoying sitting on the dock watching the wildlife, to relaxing in the spa everything was perfect! Short drive to white sand beaches and everything there is to love about beach towns and at the same time far enough away from the hustle and bustle making it almost impossible to not relax! Mara was by far the best host we have ever had! From prompt responses to all of our tourist questions, to giving specific locations to see manatees! She went above and beyond and made our trip one we will never forget! We’ve already been in contact to book another week! This is truly a an incredible place to stay! You will not be disappointed!!
