The only non-five star ratings (a few 4 stars) of the 110 cited the "somewhat outdated" kitchen. That has been totally remedied with keen attention to the highest quality! Enjoy our home in PalmCoast, located in a desirable residential neighborhood. EVERYTHING is NEW and of the finest quality. The kitchen is stocked to prepare any meal. There is a full dining room as well as a living area with smart t.v. & cable . The sunroom located off the kitchen overlooks the pool and has a t.v to enjoy, as well as a XBOX 360 for the kids. master bedroom has king bed and 2nd bedroom has double beds ,both with t.v. The third bedroom has queen bed and access to the bathroom.
