Guests are required to have a "Good Experience", i.e. previous stays at other properties have been without bad reviews. The apartment's glazed balcony overlooks Mallasvesi. The terrain of Pälkäne Harju is a stone's throw away, where you can find a disc golf course and fitness stairs. Sappee Bike Park is about 22 km away and the "house" beach is close to the apartment.

Village shops nearby and Aapiskukko, where you can get food from morning to evening. Half an hour's drive to Tampere. The apartment has a good sauna and a pleasant patio. The apartment has an alarm system that is switched off when it is in use on Airbnb. Coffee and tea, porridge flakes, salt, pepper, ketchup and mustard are available. Airafryer makes cooking easier.
