The service building has a laundry room and a fitness room. Electric car charging points, 2 pcs 11kW type2 and 2 pcs 16A Super suko, are included in the rental price.

Villa Kataja holiday home in Paljakka

Built in 2014, our cabin is located in Paljaka, close to ski trails and mountain bike routes. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass-railed terrace, which runs the entire width of the cabin, allows you to experience the peace of nature in both winter and summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka town centre 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Genuine cottage atmosphere in Kainuu

Lapland is full, come to Kainuu! On a sunny, forested plot in Kajaani, an atmospheric 6-person cottage with a wonderful wood-heated beach sauna. The sun shines on the cottage beach late into the evening. The beach sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher up on the plot. Inside the cottage, running water, indoor toilet and shower bring a little luxury to your stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large terrace with views through the forest to the back of the lake.

Alppimaja -tyylinen paritalomökki Ukkohallassa, 54 m2. Mahtavat näkymät molemmilta terasseilta Syväjärvelle ja rinteisiin. Makuuhuone (parivuode), tupakeittiö, parveke, wc, pukuhuone, pesuhuone, sauna, parvi (kaksi yhden hengen sänkyä ja lisäpatja) ja iso hyvin kalustettu terassi grilleineen alhaalla. Tilat kolmessa kerroksessa, joten kohde ei sovellu liikuntaesteisille. Lemmikkieläimet ovat sallittuja Vuokralainen tuo liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet mukanaan. Loppusiivous kuuluu vuokralaiselle.

Cozy, clean apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.

Log cabin with a lakeside view. Features include a private sauna, one bedroom, and a sleeping house located outside the main cabin. The living room and kitchen are combined. A BBQ place is located on the front yard. Water/Indoor toilet coming summer 2026. Shower and tap water filtered from lake. Fresh water filter. A boat is available for free use. Activities: wildtaiga site. Hot tub / extra fee 90€.
