Our flat is located in the historic center, on the first floor of a noble building dating back to the end of 1700 completely renovated. Overlooking the Ballarò market, icon of the Sicilian popular tradition and Palermo street food, it offers visitors a glimpse of the soul of Palermo and the festive and friendly spirit of its inhabitants. The great location is ideal for getting around on foot in complete autonomy, and conveniently allows you to reach the main historical monuments around the city.

I rent out my home for short stay who want to visit Palermo. The apartment is very central, recently renovated, and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware. It’s a comfortable space for couples or families. PLEASE NOTE: The building’s entrance staircase is currently under renovation, and the bedroom is located on a mezzanine level accessed by a spiral staircase, which is not suitable for children or people with limited mobility.
