Vue exceptionnelle sur une vallée plantée d’oliviers et de cyprès. Très beau toit terrasse pour admirer le lever du soleil sur la mer et le coucher du soleil sur les collines. La maison comprend une belle salle de séjour, une cuisine lumineuse entièrement équipée et deux chambres avec leur propre salle de bains. Deux terrasses pour le matin et le soir.

Είναι ένας από τους δύο ανεξάρτητους ξενώνες ενός σπιτιού που βρίσκεται στον οικισμό της Αγίας Πελαγίας (πηγαίνοντας προς τα νότια) το οποίο όμως δεν γειτονεύει με άλλα σπίτια. Μπορεί έτσι κάποιος να αισθανθεί αποτραβηγμένος στην φύση βρισκόμενος συγχρόνως πολύ κοντά σε ένα ζωντανό χωριό.

The couches in the living space have been custom made and sleep a further one person. The house has been renovated to include all the modern comforts such as dishwasher, washer/dryer for clothes, fully equipped kitchen, reverse cycle air-conditioning and wifi.

Located in Kapsali, Kythira, just a few steps from the beach and only two kilometers from Chora (Kythira), with breathtaking view over the bay and the Venetian Castle. The house is on the groundfloor of a two-storey residence (entrance from the main road) while it also has access to the beach road through private stairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning while bedrooms facing road are equipped with double glazing windows.

An exceptional traditional two stored house in the heart of the capital city of Kythera. It can accommodate up to 6 persons, in all 3 bedrooms. It consists of two levels, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a WC. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small balcony with view in the Venetian Castle of Chora.

The “Celestial View Luxury Holiday Home” is an 1897 mansion house, fully refurbished in 2019, in the most idyllic spot in the Chora of Kythira, where you can enjoy unlimited view of the meeting point of three Seas: the Ionian, the Aegean and the Cretan, the Venetian Castle, the islet of Hytra and the traditional settlement of Chora with its distinctive architecture.

Diakofti Hilltop Sea House is a lovely private house in Diakofti , the east side of the island.  The house is 105m2 with two bedrooms, spacious living room, dining area and kitchen area. It also has a sea view veranda and a 2nd veranda facing the sea and the mountain. It accomodates easily 4-6 persons.
