Wellanidia Cottage is a small stone house (about 35 square meters) which is almost completely crowned by an ancient oak tree. The guest house is located on a 1600 sqm property, which is located opposite the village of Skoutari. In the immediate vicinity is my tower house and further down on the property a pottery workshop. You are totally on your own here and neither from the village nor from the surrounding path can you see the terrace area. The view of the Aegean Sea is unobstructed

Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.

The house was built in 1857, and we have fully refurbished the 1st floor in 2022 to include 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a modern bathroom.

The 400-year-old in-cave suite offers a unique experience to guests, combining the authenticity of the cave with modern amenities. The building is made entirely of stone in a traditional Mani style. Inside, you will find an authentic rock carving, discreetly illuminated, which was revealed and highlighted during the careful restoration of the space.

Welcome to Almi Guesthouse, a tiny jem, literally on the sea. The guesthouse consists of a single open space with a traditional dome ceiling and a bathroom, a total of 18sqm. Outside there is a paved little yard which leads to the edge of the rocks. The building was reconstructed in 2019 and it is located on the underside of the road that connects the Bridge with the gates of the Castle, near Kourkoula, a natural pool.
