Apartment holiday rentals in Palawan

There was no half star so I gave a 5 star rating. Place looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Neighborhood is safe. Location is easily walkable to the beach, and all the hotspots in the El Nido town proper. Restaurants are very easy to walk to. Water pressure is weak and sometimes can be challenging to work with but this is a municipal issue and affects all of El Nido. You always have shower and kitchen water though because there is a reserve storage on site. All bedrooms have individual A/C. It has a full functioning kitchen in the patio that is fully secure. Place can be a bit noisy outside due to its close proximity to a very busy arterial road. Very easy to get basic necessities due to its location with everything in walking distance. Host (April Joy) is very responsive. This place is a good value stay especially if you are in a medium size group because of the three bedrooms. I can easily recommend this place to others as a good place to stay for the price range it is going for.

Amazing accomodation. WiFi was stable and fast. We work remotly so it was important for us. Good to know is the AC is only in the bedroom, but when you leave the door open to living room, it is alright. Bed is super comfortable and quite surroudings . I think it is worth having a scooter but you can walk to the main road in few minutes. It was great accomodation, i can highly recommend! 👌

We stayed at Denis's accommodation for 5 days and had an excellent experience! I really appreciated the "apartel" concept, which blends the services of a hotel—such as daily room cleaning and breakfast delivered directly to your room—with the flexibility and conveniences of an apartment. Denis was incredibly responsive and friendly, as were all the staff we interacted with during our stay. Having a scooter included was a fantastic bonus for this location.

Very nice and quiet place to stay in puerto princesa. Walking distance from the airport. They also arranged a tour for us. Very good option and super worth the money.

Gym and pool are great plus. Accomodation itself was comfortable, we spend 1 month there. Only downside is the internet, wifi was very slow. And even data was bad during evening. But thats overall problem in all Phillipines i guess. Besides that, it was very pleasant stay :)) I can recommend.

The place was spacious , very safe neighborhood, peace and quiet. Perfect for Family of Athletes The family of the host were very warm and accommodating We had a pleasant stay! Worth we paid!

The place is very clean. It's also just 3 mins walk to the NCCC One Asenso shopping mall along the highway that has a grocery and lots of tiangge stores where you can buy selfie sticks, hats, slippers, and swim wear and the place is also quiet and comfy. This is for me the best and cheapest place to stay in Puerto Princesa. There are also canteens in the same street that offers a lot of cheap filipino meal choices and tube ice that are open until 10pm. It's also near Robinsons Mall.

We loved our stay at Brenda’s place. Such a comfortable, tastefully decorated and well maintained condo. It was just far enough off the beaten path to be peaceful yet close to everything. Brenda was so kind and helpful every step of the way. Her communication and knowledge of the area was such a huge help. We had a few setbacks due to my lack of planning and Brenda was so helpful and made everything so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend this unit. We will definitely rent again on our next trip to El Nido.

A very nice apartment near the center of Puerto Princesa. it's located three minutes walk from the main road through the city where you can also find some shops and restaurants, a shopping mall is ten minutes by foot. The place itself is clean and has everything that you need. The best thing is the very strong internet which worked flawless for me. Genilyn always responded immediately to all my questions so I was very pleased with my stay in her place.

You can’t find a better and more affordable place for this kind of service and amazing property they provide!

The room is very clean and at a good location near the airport and pretty good restaurants. Czar communicated perfectly with us. :)

Greet location near the ferry, on the beach, with a convenience store with basic groceries from 8am to 9pm on the first floor directly below the listed place, which really came in handy. There’s ants present everywhere but that’s not the fault of the host, just clean up dishes as soon as food is done and don’t leave anything out. A/C unit in bedroom only but leaving the bedroom door open temporarily will effectively cool the rest of the appt down to a comfortable temp. Plenty of restaurants nearby and area is extremely walkable. Would stay again!

Recommended place for staycation! The location is near to the grocery stores and to the main highway which provides easy transportation. Malapit sa highway pero tahimik ang lugar makakapagrelax talaga. Responsive rin si owner with our inquiries. Thank you po!

The whole family really had a great time at Cherish's place. Cherish was a very responsive and accommodating host. She helped us with our tour packages and transportation. Everything was in order. She gave clear instructions and her whole staff were awesome. They were friendly, respectful, very helpful and attentive with all our needs. We were a big family of 18 pax and everyone was well cared for by them. Shoutout to Kristin, Dodoy, and Weng!! Thank you for all your help! Kudos to Cherish and Benj for training their staff well! Even going out of their way just to provide for our needs and accommodate our requests. Her place was very relaxing. The kids had lots of fun. It was a perfect place for a 5-day holiday and for a big group like ours. Wish we could have stayed longer. If ever we return to Puerto Princesa, we would definitely book this listing again. Lovely Room and balcony. Breakfast was always good and very friendly staff.

I booked the unit last minute and contacted Renz and he was very accommodating. His dad fetched us at the terminal when we arrived. Me and my companions had a great time staying here. The rooms are very spacious as well as the kitchen and the living room. We had a blast swimming in their pool and jacuzzi. Definitely worth what we paid for and kudos to sir Jim, Renz's dad, who assisted us from check-in to check-out. Thank you so much, Renz!

I stayed at The Penthouse for my honeymoon. First off, Jessa and Linus were so amazing as hosts. They were super friendly, helpful with recommendations and suggestions, and very flexible with their check-in and check-out times. They even set up a surprise for our honeymoon, which made everything feel even more special. The outdoor space was mainly where we chilled. The projector and jacuzzi were definitely our favourites — watching movies under the stars was an experience we’ll never forget. The view of the cliff right next to the penthouse was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The place was cozy and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend such a special time in our lives. Highly recommend The Penthouse if you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable getaway!
