We enjoyed our stay at Mathieu and Sabrina's. Sabrina contacted me with information about our arrival, how we could leave our luggage before check in, and which train to take to the stop nearest the apartment. Since they were traveling at the time, Sabrina gave me Daniela's contact information and she met us upon our arrival. She showed us all around the apartment and was very helpful and courteous! Great stay!

Dicier was a great host and the property was the perfect size for four friends. An extra toilet in the second bathroom would have been helpful but overall we were really pleased with the apartment- thank you!

The apartment is well located in relation to the beach, spacious and well-equipped. The courtyard downstairs remains nice. A slight downside to the view of the building bar opposite. In fact, we did not take advantage of the balcony. Complicated parking due in particular to the works (closed streets). Shops nearby and beautiful calanques.

The place is beautiful, it felt like I was in my house, very spacious. Very large kitchen, bright bathroom, very large bed and closet. It's a little cool, but thankfully there's an air conditioner. It's also very close to the station, which is a 1-minute walk away. Joaquin was always available for anything and responded immediately in a kind and polite way. Everything was perfect !

the truth that it was super good , I could also park . and it has nearby supermarkets that I help too. had everything to cook , and very complete in general . Sofia super amabke siemore was attentive to everything .

My husband and I rented this apartment for our honeymoon. It was the perfect place to celebrate our marriage! Check in was surprisingly smooth considering we arrived during the massive blackout. The hosts were exceptionally kind and thoughtful. The apartment was clean, beautiful and comfortable. It was the perfect location to explore Barcelona and all of it's delicious restaurants. The hosts gave a lot of recommendations for restaurants and tips for navigating the city. I would love to come back and stay here again!

The apartment and the house it is in are wonderful. Equipped with all comforts, the furnishings are tasteful, and staying there itself was an experience. The terrace also adds a lot to its atmosphere. Many attractions are within walking distance, it is a great starting point for sightseeing, and it is great to “arrive home” there at the end of a tiring walk. Fine wine, chilled water, and candy were waiting for us in the apartment, which also shows the careful, attentive attitude of the owners. I would choose this accommodation again next time in Barcelona, ​​we had a great time!

Great apartment, good size, clean. We had 7 guys and everyone had their own bed. Could easily fit 9 if beds were shared. Maybe felt a little cramped when everyone was there, but we didn't spend too much time in the apartment anyways. Great location, about 5 minutes from las Ramblas, maybe 25 minute walk to the beach. Close to the metro. Streets can be slightly unsafe late at night if you're not careful, but that's not unique to this location.

We got everything we wanted, a spacious bathroom, a very comfortable bed mattress and a wonderful outdoor terrace, where we heard the church bells while having breakfast, one of the most calming moments. Also a special thank you to the host who immediately responded, helped and reassured us when we had a problem. We hope to come back!

Sonia es amabilísima. Has been for everything. The apartment block is super cute. And he's got everything. What I value the most is the cleanliness. We regretted that we didn't stay more days... Talavera is a very mono town to disconnect. But everything was excellent. They left things courtesy. And they have come to say goodbye. Recommended.

Stayed with my family, party of 6, plenty of room. Good location and a nice space overall! Washer and dryer were a plus given this was one stop of a few on our trip.

Had a great ten days enjoying the local area and central Barcelona. The flat was modern and perfect for our needs. The garden area was amazing and the jacuzzi a highlight of the trip. Great local restaurants and bars and we enjoyed Vilanova beach. I’d recommend the place.

The apartment is decorated beautifully and is centrally located convenient to restaurants, transportation and attractions. Susana and Beatriz were awesome hosts, friendly and great communicators. We were there when there was the nationwide power blackout. Susana and Beatriz immediately checked on us and loaned us cash to buy provisions in case it was an extended blackout. Fortunately all power resumed about four hours later and was quickly back to normal. They also went above and beyond helping us with transportation when the trains stopped running. We truly enjoyed our stay there.

Location is fantastic, mini-supermarket next door and so close to a metro stop and we bought a 3-day travel card for 24€ each which gives unlimited travel. Doing this we were able to cram a lot into our Barcelona visit despite a short 2.5 day stay. Check out was 11am with our flight home not until 10pm but there was a bicycle shop two doors down that minded our bags for 4€ each. Bargain!

This by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at in an amazing setting.

Philippe is a friendly and pragmatic host. No surprises from start to finish. Same for the welcome at the Empuriabrava concierge. The apartment was nice, true to our expectations. The view of the marina and the Pyrenees is breathtaking whether from the balcony or on the terrace with the hot tub. Anyway, go without a second thought. Philippe & Sylvie 😉
