It is provided with air conditioning. The area is very quiet without any night noises. It is located at 5mins from the gorgeous Canyelles Playa. Bedsheets towels table cloths are included. The patio is provided with umbrella table chairs and sunchairs and is perfect to enjoy a nice dinner with view on Roses bay.

Our house is located in the wonderful village of Palau Saverdera, close to the sublime Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Natural Park and the most beautiful beaches in the Catalan region. The village is 5 km from the beaches of Roses, part of the famous 'Costa Brava' coastline. In addition, we are close to supermarkets, restaurants, beautiful villages, a water park, and plenty of hiking trails! Come and spend unforgettable moments in our little corner of paradise.

New work, open space with sustainable architecture. Located in the center of the village, 4km from the beach and at the foot of the mountain. It is an ideal space for a couple with a creature, or for a small group of friends who want to play sports in the area (possibility of a guide with enduro/rally/road bike guide). The garden is a common area, where you can enjoy a barbecue, vegetable garden, chickens, and our cat and dog. 180*200 viscoelastic bed.
