Soak up the old Florida charm of this beautiful historic home built in 1920, on a quiet shady street in the center of Palatka. If you're looking for new and shiny, this is old and historic. Convenient to shopping, and much more. Smoking outside only. Please be aware that it is a family neighborhood with children, so I ask for no parties and no loud noises outside. I ask that you register each guest. 10 extra each night for guests over two. Please be respectful this is someone's home

Palatka Arts and Crafts Bungalow c.1925

This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.

Awesome sunsets - Silver Sands is one of the few area lakes that is full and natural spring fed. Water is crystal clear and soft yes soft. 2 private decks, laundry room, and 2 carports. Two kayaks, Lake front swimming and fishing - come relax. 5 minute drive to groceries and gas. New fast WiFi , interior paint and metal roof. Pets are welcome but don’t we do charge a 50.00 flat fee. We also charge a late checkout fee. Fireplace is not in service.
