There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

'Tak Tak Nine Konağı' is based on the story of the grandmother from 150 years ago. This small stone house has been restored with respect to the environment, using completely natural materials, while remaining true to the old structure. It has antique furniture made of handmade ceramics and wood removed from old Black Sea houses. The bougainvillea porch that receives the evening sun provides enough shade and breeze to enjoy breakfast in the morning.
