The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

The house is in a very quiet area of the village overlooking the bridge of Alpheus and the plateau of Megalopolis. It has 2 fireplaces, a spacious living room and high ceilings. At the entrance it has a courtyard with a shade of a large walnut tree and an arbor.
