Holiday rentals with lake access in Palaja

Beautiful and large building perfectly renovated in a peaceful haven. Located in the countryside surrounded by mountains, in a dream environment for nature lovers. The interior of the house is large and perfectly arranged to allow everyone to have their privacy. Laurence and son.mari are friendly, welcoming and discreet. "A good rating " also to Muriel who welcomed us and was able to be available , kind and efficient. I would highly recommend this beautiful rental.

We had a very nice stay. The house is cozy, with fireplace, and especially with children ideal – there are many games, puzzles and books. Even on a rainy day, we were able to keep the kids busy so well. Everything is lovingly decorated, there is plenty of space, a very well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden. A special highlight of course was the fantastic view and an evening walk on the dirt roads that start right behind the house and where there are chickens, cows and donkeys to discover. Joëlle was an attentive host and provided us with many helpful excursion tips and addresses. Thank you – we would have liked to have stayed longer!

We spent three quiet days with all the comforts. Good location for Cathar castles, Carcassonne, Peyriac de mer. Thanks to Christophe for his responsiveness ++ and kindness .

Garth's home is beautiful. Garth is very responsive and gave us very good advice on restaurants, walks nearby. I recommend it without hesitating!

Yohan and Emilie's place is a great place to unplug. Located in a small peaceful village, it has everything you need to rest, enjoy with the family. Very warm and well-equipped, you quickly feel at home. The many board games for all ages, the ping pong table and the spa were greatly appreciated.

We were not able to fully enjoy the accommodation and the area because our stay was very short (one night). Still, it went very well. We particularly appreciated the total autonomy and communication with our very friendly host.

Cozy and well-equipped house, with outdoor areas to enjoy the outdoors. We went with small children and they could swim, swing and move freely. The rural setting is nice and quiet. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the green landscape. Carole kept us very well informed at all times. Thank you very much.

Wonderful stay with family. The house is perfect for gathering with its multiple levels! Everyone finds their own little space. The garden and terrace are great for having a good time (meal/relaxation) and hosting pets (enclosed). I recommend it for relaxing (house in the heart of nature) and visiting (close to several villages and Carcassonne). However, it was missing some small items for the stay to be perfect (only 1 towel present, no dish soap, empty hand soap upstairs). So I recommend that future guests plan all the necessities. A very nice stay with family for the Ascension, in an area full of charm and a beautiful environment that could be reminiscent of Tuscany. Vines, cypresses, olive trees, sun, outdoor dining, beautiful sheltered pool, very large and beautiful garden, a little paradise! Close to the village and abbey of Lagrasse (Le Bastion gastro restaurant!), the splendid abbey of Fontfroide, Carcassonne and the African reserve of Sigean, enough to keep the whole family busy. A beautiful memory.

An exceptional stay! The gite is so well set up from the glorious setting and peaceful atmosphere to the fast wifi, underfloor heating, modern interior, large comfortable bed and luxurious bedding. It is a little hidden gem, surrounded by beautiful countryside and our hosts were beyond amenable and welcoming. Colin’s incredible art just creates a wonderful atmosphere. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had in a long time! Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lovely gite in Aragon.
