Maria was very welcoming and made feel like home. The house was very clean and had all the amenities listed. We used the barbecue and played volleyball, ping pong and football. I highly recommend the house if you like sports activities and you're a big group of friends or family. We had a great time!

We had a fantastic stay! The host was truly outstanding—welcoming, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. The home itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. He went above and beyond by giving us great recommendations for places to visit in the area, which really helped us make the most of our trip. A special bonus was that he even provided bicycles for the kids, which they absolutely loved. Highly recommended and we’d gladly come back again!

My friends and I had a fantastic vacation. The house consists of two separate apartments. Everything in the listing is truthfully described. It is close to the sea, in a quiet area. The house is clean and the contact with the host is very good. He was very efficient in answering all the questions and was always helpful. I highly recommend

Marvellous house, beach and garden! This is the perfect place to relax as you are surrounded by nature and its beauty (we even saw dolphins a few times). The house is fully equipped and very clean. Wassilios is kind and responsive. Definitely recommend.

A very nice place for a vacation with the family. The choice was perfect. A quiet beach nearby, pleasant surroundings. Perfect view from the balcony. Enough space for all members of the family, so that no one bothers anyone. Only the sleeping mattresses were a little too hard for our taste and the bunk beds squeaked-so the children preferred to sleep on the couch :-) It was also great that we had everything we needed for the beach - sunbeds, chairs, umbrella. They welcomed us nicely and gave us all the necessary information. In the afternoon, we went to a nearby place to enjoy the sun until sunset. All in all, we felt at home. This was my choice for a vacation, and all family members were satisfied. All recommendations for everyone who wants a real vacation without crowds and noise. The location and the views we're great and the host was really helpful

If you are in search for a private and calm holiday, this is a place for you. House is actually a big villa on a large plot with lots of fruit trees and there was also a turtle living there. Every room in the house has its own balcony with beautiful views on Mt. Olympus and to the sea. Having a car is a must, but it pays off being in such peaceful and beautiful environment. There is no AC, but don't let that stop you, nights are fresh and every window has shades and nets, so you can always make sure to keep inside of house a bit colder. We were only 4 people there, so we didn't mind only one shower, but since house can accommodate more people, I would suggest to install maybe an outside shower, but there were hoses that one could use outside. This place really brings value for its price, we felt like we were rich staying in such a big and nicely decorated house. Beaches in vicinity are nice and there was no need to travel far, while city of Litochoro is also something special.

Very large home with many separate areas. For example, if you arrive with 6 people (3 couples), it is possible for everyone to enjoy privacy. For example, each bedroom has a balcony. There is also a larger terrace downstairs. In the garden then other seating, a small football field and a playground. The property was maintained by the family every evening during our presence (watering flowers, watering lawn...). High-quality furniture in the living room. The beds are very comfortable. Baby cot available. Even baby bath lotion and wet wipes for babies were provided. Very extensive kitchen equipment. Not suitable with toddler. There is a stylish subdivision into two levels in the kitchen-living room via two steps. You can see it in the pictures. Unfortunately, we missed it and therefore had to "lock up" a little more elaborate for our one-year-old. We felt very comfortable!

Great place, very spacious and well maintained. A lot of great tips from the host regarding what to do in the area and where you could find places to eat.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house! The location was perfect - the house is in a quiet area, but only twenty minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, the airport, the center of Thessaloniki and two minutes from the water park. The area around the house is very large, so the children had plenty of space to play. The inside of the house was very clean and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners of the house are very responsive and promptly resolved any issues. Our family was greeted very warmly. Ermolaos and his wife Dimitra were very caring. It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for us when we checked into the house and saw a pie on the table that Dimitra had baked for us! Ermolaos is very friendly and he helped us a lot to adapt and provided a lot of useful information about local restaurants, entertainment and the best beaches. We recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay during the holidays.

We liked the stay! The hosts were very flexible with our arriving and check out times. The rooms were good, the kitchens great, bathrooms fine. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the BBQ. To manange future expectations: beds are a little hard, hot water was medium, and there were some bees at the pool. Apart from that. Amazing place, book it!

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

A very nice location, a gorgeous garden, well maintained, full of greenery, clean, very well positioned, 3 minutes on foot from the sea. Hosts very welcoming, kind. To be mentioned: In the same yard the hosts also stay, plus there is a 3 bedroom apartment with a small yard within ( inside) the same location. Thanks for everything!

We stayed at Mike's villa with 4 people at the end of May. We found the villa very clean. It is furnished with everything the vacationer needs and also with valuable things that make the stay very pleasant. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the different ways to stay outside. The pool was still a little fresh at this time of year, but very clean and very welcoming for a longer stay with the loungers. We initially found the dogs in the neighborhood to be disruptive, but we also got used to it. Positive also the short walk around the beach and the possibilities of shopping nearby, as well as the short path to the highway. Thank you and best regards to Mike!

The welcoming host, received us with fruits, wine and cold water in the fridiger. Kitchen with all amenities. The location corresponded to the pictures, very clean. The pool is the piece of resistance, clean water. The house close to the beach (about 10 minutes walk) and a few local taverns where we ate very well. You find Lidl just 10 minutes by car.

Wonderful home for our family get-together/vacation! We've rented many homes around the world and this is definitely one of the best - a top tier home. Stunning views, private setting, and very comfortable! From here we drove to daytime adventures - the Meteora monasteries and Mount Olympus. We only wish we had planned to spend more of our time in Greece at this house. It was really perfect!

My existing reservation cancelled on me one day prior to my flight to Greece. I was able to secure Foteinhs’s place right away. She returned my message and confirmed reservation within minutes. She wasn’t available to check me in, in person but it wasn’t her fault and she made it exceptionally easy to get inside and make myself at home. Her place is not particularly easy to find however, she responded immediately and consistently when I contacted her for assistance. Her place was well equipped, immaculately cared for and clean, and very peaceful relaxing. Loved the pool. The beds are not very comfortable, but if you like a very firm bed then you will be ok. I loved everything about my stay.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the villa in Nea Moudania. Everything about the experience was perfect – from the warm welcome to the overall atmosphere. The owner is a wonderful person, very kind and attentive. The house itself is beautiful, with a stunning view and a fantastic pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended!

Me and my family had a lovely time in Kalma Villas! The view and the yard were wonderful, the house was very well decorated, clean and had everything we needed. It is also great for a trip with kids! My only small note for improvement would be to upgrade the wooden pergola in the back yard with something that would allow more shade during the afternoon and would protect from light rain as well. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The surroundings were great and there is a big supermarket very close by which was super convenient.

We felt very comfortable and are happy to recommend the house, but there are these small points to complain about: -The air conditioning only works when all doors are closed in the house, which is almost impossible for 5 people where one always wants to go to the toilet or just get out - at night unfortunately the neighbor dog barked throughout the week, so falling asleep was very difficult. On our note, it was better one night and then it started again All in all, the house is great cut and convenient for families. The pool is perfect and the kids enjoyed it very much. The furnishings are of high quality and tasteful. Feedback is quick. Thanks for everything and all the best
