On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a living room, a toilet and a room with a hot tub. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with 2 beds, and a bathroom. In the backyard, there is a table with benches, a barbecue and a prefabricated swimming pool. The house is in a glade, offering unique views of the lake and many surrounding areas. The place is quiet, suitable for nature walks and mountain biking.

The apartment is located in the hart of the medieval town of Motovun. The main square, city wall, bars, restaurants and shops are a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. The spacious apartment with a terrace and breath taking mountain views features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, 1 bathroom with a bath and a toilet.
