Location was really near exit 6 and was really convenient to get around. The apartment was also a really clean too. Host was friendly and responsive as well!

It was a lovely place. Few minminutes from Seokchon gobun station. Host was always nice and responsive.

I really liked staying at this place! The area has a lot of good restaurants, cafes and beautiful surroundings. The area next to the house is very peaceful and quiet, sometimes you can even hear birds singing which was very nice! The place itself is ideal for long-term stay, it had everything I needed: washing machine, induction, electric pot, hair dryer and even rice cooker! Also in the hall there is a water purifier and a microwave which was very convenient. The place also had a lot of storage space. The host was very helpful and if any problem occurred he answered within seconds. The host was also very cooperative when it came to providing documents for receiving ARC card, which I am very grateful for (that’s why I can recommend this place for students, especially if you come for language course training. You will be able to receive all the needed documents). In conclusion I had a very pleasant long term stay (a little bit more than 3 months) and would definitely recommend!

I enjoyed it so comfortably. Parking is convenient, the view in front is nice, and the owner is so kind!! Welcome coffee, I had a great morning coffee.

I think he said that it smelled like meat... I ate it the night before... I thought that there was no way that the smell wouldn't have gone away. Maybe downstairs... I did the separate collection, but I was a little upset! This was also okay because the host kindly told me! You were so kind, so I wanted to use it again if I had to go to Songpa in the future! Please replace the bathroom shower filter.

There are a lot of stairs, and there is a CCTV in the hallway under the living room, so you have to wear clothes well, but it was the best considering that! The entire property is clean and beautiful, and there are many rooms and toilets. Each room has air conditioning, a bed, and a wireless charger, and the bathroom has cotton pads! It was good in many ways! Next time I come to Yeongjongdo with my acquaintances, I'll definitely come again!

I think it's an Airbnb optimized accommodation. It's a place where you can see the life of other people who can be confirmed in a space called the house. The host's tastes are all over the place, not just a place to stay. I didn't ask, but I think you painted it yourself.

Nice and cozy place. It is a real flat with separate living, cooking and sleeping spaces. Super quiet. Perfect for longer stays.

A trip for men who have worked hard for their families... Thanks to the wonderful accommodation and friendly host, I had a fun and relaxing stay.

Absolutely loved the neighborhood this stay is in! We loved walking down the flower path back home every night, lined with locals enjoying their evening. It’s about 15 mins from the Hongik train station, which is central to most places. There were small unique touches, including the map of Yeonnam that made our experience even better. The bed was comfy, and they had everything we needed. Highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for a spot with unique design, close to cute, local cafes and restaurants.

10 people visited. Every time, we went to a pension with a futsal court, and we went to Gapyeong, Hongcheon, etc., and we happened to know it, so we tried it. There are 3 queen-size mattresses, one queen bed, and an extra queen-size topper, and there is a sofa, so 10 people slept well. If you add the sofa, up to 11 people can sleep! The owner was also kind, so I had a good bbq. The 2nd floor is spacious and nice!! I'll come again next time ~!

Rosy's place was a great place to stay! If we ever visit Korea again, we will definitely want to stay there again! It was easy to get around from her place. It was walking distance to the subway, night market, and Nansam tower. A convenience store was located right downstairs. One of my sons got a haircut from one of the salons that was right next door. They did a great job and it was super affordable! The hole in the wall restaurants on the streets tasted like home cooking and there was also a local gym right up the street that my sons enjoyed working out at. It really was the perfect place for my family of 5 to stay at. Rosy was so accommodating and took very good care of us. We had a problem with the outlets because we had US plugs that caused a short circuit. Rosy found someone to fix that right away. I would highly recommend staying at Rosy's place for the convenience and also because she was a great host. She was so kind and sweet. Thank you Rosy!!
