This peaceful cottage offers a relaxing stay for families or groups of friends. View of our beautiful Cantalian mountains, very close to Lioran station (15 minutes by car) Ideally located for all outdoor activities. Shops in the village of Thiézac nearby (5-minute drive) and Vic-sur-Cère where there is a small shopping area (10-minute drive) as well as the tourist office. (25 kilometers from Aurillac).

Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette). Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
