The house is about 1.5 hours from Lyon, Grenoble, Valence and Saint-Etienne. It is located in the middle of nature at almost 1000 meters above sea level. The tranquility of the place and the beauty of the landscape will certainly win you over. You will be welcomed in a large, renovated house in a fairly modern style and fully equipped.

The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

We're excited to welcome you to our typical Ardèche Verte home. The 40 m2 accommodation is independent (private entrance) and refurbished. It is attached to our home. Small mountain house located at an altitude of 86O meters in the heart of an ecological project. The Refuge du Loir is 40 meters from our house and is accessed by a private path from the parking lot. There is a very large terrace to enjoy the view and sunshine and everything you need inside for a good stay! PS: Following many negative reviews about the path, we specify that it is a bumpy path but passable by car!

Welcome to Mars! Located at the end of the road, it's the gateway to nature! New, well insulated, the cottage is nice without TV or Wi-Fi, leaving room for disconnection. Shop/cafe in the village and summer market on Friday morning. The larger villages are 10 minutes by car (Le Chambon-sur-Lignon, Tence, Saint-Agrève) Close to Mézenc and Lisieux for outdoor activities. Pets welcome!
