Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lahti

Wow, what a beautiful location. And such a lovely house. There was a an original sauna on the lake which allowed us a true Finnish experience. Elina was the perfect host. She was always responsive and keen to ensure we had a great time. Anyone booking this place will not be disappointed. We will be returning- maybe when there is snow on the ground. Thank you very much.

Mökki oli todella kaunis, viihtyisä ja kaikin puolin toimiva, ja yhteydenpito sujui hyvin. Tämä oli yksi parhaimmista kohteista, missä olen majoittunut.

All good and nice. Easy to get there. Quiet neighbourhood. Good place for running - 50m to track.

The visit was really nice. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Lots of things to do. We could not complete it in 3 days. Very much child friendly.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. It is a very quiet, peaceful location, surrounded by nature and beauty. If that's what you are looking for then this is the place for you. The house is stunning and modern with great views, the sauna is wonderful and encourages relaxation. We also loved using the boat and swam in the lake about 6 times each day! It's worth stocking up on food in one of the big supermarkets like the one in Lahti, but there are some amazing restaurants within a 35-40 minute drive. We are looking forward to staying here again soon.

Vietimme polttareita tässä majoituksessa, ja paikka oli juuri sopiva siihen tarkoitukseen! Majoituksen lämmin tunnelma ja sisustus loi hyvää fiilistä. Karaokelaitteet ja mahdollisuus paljuun olivat iso plussa. Pia oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias, mikä teki koko järjestelystä mutkattoman. Ein Paradies in der Natur. Das schönste und perfekteste AirBnb, das wir je erleben durften. Es war ein Traum. Alles war neu und sehr gut gepflegt. Hannu hat an alles gedacht - vom schönen Boot, kleinem Pfad auf die eigene Insel mit Grillplatz bis zur kompletten Einrichtung an Gartenmmöbeln, Fliegengittern und einer wunderschönen Sauna. Die Natur ist unbeschreiblich ! In vier Stunden sind wir um den grossen See gerudert. Man erlebt die finnischen Seen Landschaft in voller Pracht … Wasser, Weite, Bäume, Himmel… Die Villa ist so privat, es gibt keine Nachbarn weit und breit. Du bist allein und geniesst den Luxus der Villa. Ulla und Hannu wohnen 1km weiter weg und sind fürsorglich für dich da, wenn du etwas benötigst. Denk nicht nach, buche es, du wirst ein Juwel vorfinden. Zudem ist es auf der richtigen Seite mit Sonne bis Mitternacht im Sommer. Unvergesslich.

Great host, great place, calm, like at home. The sauna was outstanding, the best in-home sauna we have tried.

Hemos pasado unos días de verano fantásticos en esta casita adorable y cómoda a la orilla del lago. La terraza del embarcadero es ideal y la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario en un entorno precioso. La segunda casa para invitados es también un plus muy agradable. Seppo y Tarja han sido unos anfitriones encantadores y detallistas en todo momento. ¡Gracias por todo! Muy aconsejable.

Aivan mahtava mökki paljon isompi ja tilavampi mitä luulin. Ihan kaikki ja enemmän löytyi meidän tarpeisiin. Ihanan rauhallisella paikalla myös suosittelen lämpimästi!

Juha, is very flexible and friendly. Everything went as expected and the location very comfortable. The Sauna was fantastic and there were convenience stores close to the location.

Asunto oli upea ja kuvien mukainen. t Asunto oli siisti ja tilaa oli paljon. Neljän hengen seurueemme mahtui nukkumaan kaikki omissa tiloissaan. Kaikki sujui hyvin!

Hemos estado en Lahti con mi marido y mis hijas (7 y 9 años) para participar en la Finlandia Hiihto. Para nosotros era importante estar cerca del Ski Center y así fue! Salir de casa con las botas puestas era un privilegio y poder dar un paseo por el lago solo al cruzar la calle, un plus. En su momento valoré otras opciones más económicas, pero ahora veo que ha sido un acierto. Petteri muy amable en todo momento y nos ha dado todas las facilidades tanto para la llegada como para la salida. Sin duda, repetiriamos!!!

We had a great stay at this superb villa in Päijänne. Villa was even more impressive than in photos and everything was high quality, very clean and well maintained. Beach sauna and jacuzzi were the perfect combo to relax in the evening. Highly recommend for a getaway in nature.

A great place to relax. A beautiful setting right next to the lake- we enjoyed using the rowing boat, swimming and using the suana- absolutely delightful! Public transport very infrequent, but fine with a car. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed there for Easter and was a great choice! Very spacious, great scenery and very good view from the sauna by the lake.

Pia and Matti went above and beyond to make out family feel welcome. The place is really spacious and worked perfectly for our extended family. The house feels like a home immediately as you step in. The uninterrupted lake view, 2 x saunas and a very nice TV room with a woodburner/fireplace make it a great stay in the winter as well. Simply a Five Star place with very nice hosts.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Finland! The location was breathtaking, surrounded by stunning nature and serene lakes. The villa itself was immaculate, with modern amenities and charming decor that made it feel like a home away from home. We also enjoyed using the rowboat to paddle around the lake, taking in the beautiful scenery. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing great tips about local attractions and activities. Whether it was relaxing in the sauna or enjoying the view from the terrace, every moment was a delight. My wife and I had a fantastic, restful stay at Sammpa’s AirBnB. The surroundings are lovely, from the trees down to the lake, and the house itself is beautifully designed. I feel very fortunate to have spent such a peaceful week here in Finland! I would agree with other reviewers that the photos don’t do the property justice. Sammpa and his wife were both very helpful and responsive

Upea kohde, jonka kruunaa rantasauna uimarantoineen. Pihat toki vielä kesken mutta tämä ei oleskeluamme haitannut, kun muuten puitteet kohdallaan. Keittiön varustelusta erityinen plussa, kuten myös makuuhuoneiden viihtyvyydestä. Näköalat aivan huikaisevat!
