We are less than 5 minutes from world class surf breaks, kite and wind surfing beaches. The rental contains 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living area & private lanai (patio). The kitchenette is equipped with mini-fridge, toaster oven and microwave. It's an easy 3 minute stroll to a pristine beach & surf break. Less than 15 minute walk to the charming cafes and shops of Paia town.

My cottage sits on a flag lot, gated and fenced, shared with my 1 bedroom cottage. Parking is next to the cottage . There is a nice outdoor area with table and chairs and a barbecue.
