Two little houses with a terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and Samiopoula island. The main house accommodates 2 in a separate bedroom and one child up to 12 years old in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a bidet. The smaller house accommodates three people in one space. It has a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. An impressive stone staircase leads to the waterfront. The complex is accessible only with a 4x4 Jeep. Closest village 20’ away.

Chariclea Villa Retreats: Main House

The Main House is the largest of the three independent homes at Chariclea Villa Retreats, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room with a fireplace and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco House and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

Blue Garden 2

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.
