The place is good, the location is very strategic you can just walk 5 minutes away from Aeon Mall. The room is spacious, the balcon is also spacious. Satisfied to stay in this unit. Perfect for family or for friends. Next time there's a family visiting, you'll definitely stay here again.

Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

very clean apartment, the room is spacious and spacious. Modern and sophisticated. the right place for those of us who are having an event at ice BSD City. The cluster atmosphere is safe and comfortable. Complete house facilities. Complete Kitchen appliances. The living room is a bit hot, so the door needs to be opened even though there is a fan. But the 2 rooms upstairs are very comfortable and cool. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place, and we will likely return to rent if there is another event there. Thank you

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. The unit is homey, according to the picture. before check-in it's been wa by the housekeeper, so communication can be faster. clean, complete amenities, direct pool in front of the unit. private elevator and free parking for guests as well

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.

Definitely one of our best airbnb staying experience. Niken's place was very comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated, and also provided evertyhing we need, which made me feel at home. i booked the place for my mom's friends gathering and they had an amazing time there, Erick was super helpful and made sure to answer any questions we have anytime .Location was also amazing in the new BSD area and had great access to everything we needed, had a great stay !
