Very nice apartment, equipped with all the necessities. The location is convenient to walk to the center and easily find parking. We will definitely prefer it again!

Great house, very nice spaces with a great balcony for morning coffee. The house was in a very good part of the center, offering easy parking in the neighborhood, quiet and you went very quickly on foot everywhere in the center. The only tiny downside was that there wasn't a pot for cooking. It had 2 deep pans that were a little bigger than the kitchen eyes. Otherwise, it was a fantastic house and I would visit it again.

We had an incredible stay at Dimitrios' place in Volos! From the moment we booked, Dimitrios was attentive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay seamless. The apartment itself is a gem. The balcony is absolutely stunning — the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to all that Volos has to offer. It’s just a short walk to the waterfront, shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring this vibrant city. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more convenient place to stay. Thank you, Dimitrios, for making our trip to Volos so memorable. the house looks much bigger in the photos. but for 3 people (2 adults and child) it was enough. parking in the area is a nightmare! and generally in the center of Larissa. Everything else is great.

Wonderful, fully equipped place for family if 4. Located very close to everything: beach, shops, bar, restaurants, but at the same time very quite and isolated from the noise. Parking downstairs super comfortable, as little village during the weekend days can be filled with cars. Host very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend!

An Airbnb house above standard. A few steps to a long beach. Quite a big pool surrounded by abundant flowers. Delicate and respectful host. The room is ideal for two people with a kitchen, bathroom and wardrobe. It has a small veranda in front with an ideal size sitting and Laundry drying area . It's perfect for those who want to enjoy northern Evia and of course Psaropouli.

Amalia was extremely helpful and always asked about our well-being. Check-in was handled by her wonderful mom. She was available to us at all times. In the apartment, everything was really great: super clean, everything there (from toilet paper, aluminum foil, coffee, towels, detergent, vacuum cleaner (a real plus! - that's great!), hand soap, shower gel, etc.) We felt very comfortable.
