Themed under TV series "F·R·I·E·N·D·S", you can take a selfie next to Phoebe or Monica's door frame. The apartment hosts a collection of Little Miss Grumpy posters, and a dinning selfie spot. The apartment is fully equipped for 3 ADULTS (bed+sofa bed), infant/toddler in the crib, and 1 CHILD ON THE COUCH.

"Estia" is a fully renovated, spacious 2nd floor apartment, located in the heart of the city of Volos, with the best view of the main square of St Nicholas. The apartment is located next to the pedestrian commercial Ermou Street, with many lovely coffee shops, restaurants and shops. In just 5 min of walking, you can reach the water front, the promenade and the Harbor area. The apartment is situated at 5-7 min walking distance from a community parking.

Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης στην περιοχή του Αγίου Κων/νου, 100m από την παραλία όπου βρίσκονται όλες οι καφετέριες και τα τσιπουράδικα. Είναι ένα σπίτι που πληρεί όλες τις ανάγκες για μια ευχάριστη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή.
