It is located in a residential area where Cheonancheon flows, so it is quiet and secluded, but there is a high-speed/intercity bus terminal and Cheonan Station within a 10-minute walk, so it is easy to get there. In addition, it is close to the downtown area near the Express Bus Terminal Station, so it is very good to use convenience facilities such as marts, movie theaters, and restaurants!
