Nice and practical location for visiting Venice and or in transit. Pleasant spacious apartment and friendly and welcoming host!

Large well-equipped apartment (but no dishwasher even if it's not a problem). Comfortable bedding. Note that it is on the third floor without an elevator (but not a problem for us). Finally, very good accessibility for Venice. Thanks to Alessio and Chiara for hosting us. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect

The apartment is very comfortable. We went in winter and we couldn't take much advantage of the terrace. The bathroom is very spacious and has good facilities. The mattress was very good and of good dimensions. There are some shops and a large supermarket nearby. The walk to downtown is relatively short and pleasant.

Highly recommended, perfect place for a vacation. Cleanliness , silence, accessibility of transport and supermarkets in the area, a park with ducks and otters that can be fed. Hosts deserve special praise. Clear and detailed instructions on how to get into the property, recommendations, and even help when my husband got sick. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is very modern, quiet, nice and clean. I felt at home. The location is also very good. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby as well as a direct bus connection to Padua and Venice. I can recommend it without reservation!

Perfect location in a perfect appartment. Spacious and with a nice courtyard to sit in the morning sun. Carlo was nice, responsive and welcoming.

This flat is very well located - 12/13 minutes from Piazzale Roma (very convenient to everyone arriving either by public transportation or car) and 25-28 minutes from S. Marco. It’s surprisingly quiet - it faces a canal but it’s a bit secluded from all the main, noisy, busy areas. It’s a comfortable flat - it has two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed, and another with two single beds; there’s a living/dining room with an open kitchen (dishwasher included) with all the utensils and basic condiments; and one bathroom with a small washing machine. The host, Amelia, who lives upstairs, is super responsive and nice. She tried her best to help us with arrival details and checkin time, clarified all local procedures for tourists, and even helped us book a water taxi to the airport.

Communication with the host was very smooth, the appartement was very tidy, good beds and provided with everything we needed. Location is excellent, very quiet location, close to the vaporetto stop.

We found Moreno’s place exactly as described in the pictures on display. The house was kept clean throughout. Moreno was helpful and reactive to our needs. He was proactive in communicating with me from beginning to end. The area was residential, pleasant and tranquil. A very nice cafe called Antica Pasticceria Nascimben is a stone’s throw from the house, which we frequented everyday during our stay. No doubt I will use Moreno’s house again next time I go to the area. Many thanks to Moreno!

The apartment is roomy, comfortable, and unique and there was grocery shopping and other stores conveniently located (within walking distance). The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Elisabetta and Renato were both very responsive. The only disappointment was that the dishwater was on the fritz, which we understand is scheduled to be fixed. If you're in the Padova area, I recommend this place.

Very pretty and comfortable space. Antonio was very responsive and welcoming! It was very clean and had all the amenities that you could need and in a very beautiful and quiet area. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is very beautiful and clean. It was well equipped with all amenities. The garden was so peaceful, I had a nice time reading. Paola and her husband are both very nice and friendly. They even dropped us at the railway station. Venice Santa Lucia (centre) is easily accessible by train. I fully recommend this place if you want quiet time outside of the very busy centre of Venice and also visit the city centre during the day.

Everything was very nice. The apartment meet my expectations, it was very clean and equipped with all the necessaries. It is very nice decorated, music theme :) It a great option for two persons, you have enough space and the kitchen is equipped with all you need. The host was politely, responsive and helpful :)

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Luisa was the absolute best host I have encountered. I had a 3+ week stay and her place allowed me to be comfortable and my belongings safe. She was extremely responsive, provided clean linens and towels, plus there was always thoughtful extra gifts along the way. Her home was perfectly located outside of the limited traffic zone, so I did not need to worry about passing by ticket cameras and very walkable to numerous restaurants and groceries. I highly recommend Luisa and her home in the Vicenza area.

Beautiful apartment, large, bright, modern and quiet. Excellent bedding. Impeccable in terms of cleanliness Fully equipped: dishwasher, oven. Microwave, washing machine and dryer, broom vacuum cleaner, robot vacuum cleaner, tv, wii... and the consumables that go with it ( laundry detergent, pods..., games for wii...) We didn't ask for so much 🤪 Perfect welcome. Sheltered and secure parking on the property. Clear instructions thanks in particular to plastic sheets ( in English and Italian) List of the best restaurants in the area (with quality and price indications). The best choice to stay when in Venice! It is super clean, modern, very spacious and bright! With s fabulous garden that surrounds the flat itself where we would have dinner ❤️! The area is absolutely magnificent- half an hour by bus& Vaporetto from turisty Venice. Nice quiet beach 3 minutes away to return to after the hustle and bustle of the City! Perfect for families with children that want to do both sightseeing and beach activities as well! Fabulous coffee shop and great Pizzeria just round the corner! Great communication with the hosts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place to stay. Very nice area and lovely balcony. We came by car and parking spot was just down the house. Great host and super furnished place to stay.

Very good contact with Roberto and Mattia. they gave us the contact details of a transport agency for airport transfers with driver. stay of 5 nights with family in the apartment, well located 50m from 2 Tram stations T1... direct venice. A large supermarket in front of the building and 10mm walk from the center of Mestre (restaurants and shops...). The accommodation located on the 4th floor is very comfortable and well-equipped. Perfect stay and ideal for visiting Venice and its region.
