A lot of effort went into soundproofing the space but you will hear some toddler noise upstairs sometimes as early as 6:15am so if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep late this may not be the space for you.

We're the highest house on Pedro Point, so we've got the best views in the area! Please note that your total cost includes $100 for the cleaning fee which goes entirely to our housekeeper.
