Holiday rentals with a patio in Pacific Grove

This apartment was perfect. Everything about it was excellent. The amenities were superb, beds and linens were top notch, the kitchen well stocked, and very clean. Highly recommended! Parking was great. Very walkable to shopping and restaurants. It has two matching bedrooms and baths, perfect for two couples. Great showers as well. Awesome place.

Clean place in a great area. Kitchen was definitely a nice feature that we very much enjoyed. There’s a beach in walking distance. The whole place is cozy and homey. Cons: coffee maker wasn’t clean, expired food was left behind, the beds were bunk beds, which wasn’t preferred. Overall, it was a positive experience and was very comfortable for 3 nights

We had a great time staying in the Treetop Heaven "treehouse"! My wife and I loved the mountain feel of the environment without the excursion into the actual mountains. Amenities, shops, and restaurants are just a mile away and the area has a small town, community feel. Hosts were very attentive and made sure we knew they were available if we needed anything. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us and my wife especially enjoyed our meals on the deck hidden up in the trees! A great place for a getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of four — spacious, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping outside with my morning coffee to watch the ocean was truly priceless. The home had everything we needed, and being so close to the beach made our trip even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

What a cute homey space! It really did feel clean, and I think part of it is because shoes are not to be worn indoors. I really appreciated this. The size was perfect for just myself. The space was laid out to maximize its function and use, and I appreciated all the windows that could be opened for fresh air. Everything was very organized. Nikki was quick about answering my questions about the wifi (very fast!) and other amenities. I did not walk to the shops, as it seemed it would take too long to walk there with the limited window of time I had to do so. But driving there only took a few minutes. A lovely stay!

We loved our stay and hope to stay here again in future. Wonderful neigborhood- lots to walk to and close to UCSC.

We had an amazing stay at Howard’s Place! Literally steps from the beach. Howard was very communicative and always responded if we reached out to him. The community is also amazing! We had an issue with the blinds not working and they came the next day and fixed them. They provide wheelbarrows for luggage and have a private pond. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Howard!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen and it was fun to spend some time enjoying the view.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at VacatioNEST. The house exceeded our expectations. The location is beautiful and overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Check in was very easy. It is 45 minutes to Santa Cruz and Monterey. There are several wineries close by. I highly recommend staying here for a group vacation.

We had a great stay. Ian’s place is cute, comfortable, and close to everything but still nice and quiet. Beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was spacious and well-stocked. My dogs had a great time walking through the neighborhood to the beach and hanging out in the fenced in backyard! The hot tub was a highlight, and Ryan (Ian’s brother) was awesome—he spent nearly a whole day cleaning it after the previous guests to make sure it was perfect for us. Communication with him was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

James was very responsive and kind. The house was beautiful and in a great location. It was quiet and felt secluded and peaceful but still close to stores and restaurants.

We had a great stay. There are a few steps up to the front door. They are shallow and not challenging, but might be difficult for some with walkers. It was easy to find and close to the Hyatt, where wee had a conference. Super comfortable

Amazing location and such a cozy home! It was a little chillier than expected in Carmel, so it was nice to be able to hang out in such a comfortable space. My only complaint was that the doors made so much noise when you open/close them. Normally, not a big deal at all, but I had my baby with me so nap/bedtime was a little tricky (lol). Still worth the stay and I would stay here again!

Had a family getaway for the weekend at Victor’s place. For 5 of us plus a dog, it was spacious and the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed at. Everything was in great condition and spotless accommodations. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple meals, and Victor was very responsive when we had questions. Like others had mentioned, it can get quite noisy being a corner house, so if you’re a light sleeper like us, be prepared for loud vehicle noises and barking dogs in the early hours. For my small pup it was a bit difficult to take him in the front area as there isn’t any grass or around the neighborhood. The WiFi was also not very strong in the house especially in the master bedroom. Overall we had a nice stay, and it was pretty close to attractions in the Monterey area, with food and stores nearby as we needed.

I had asked to make an adjustment to our stay and Luyuan was proactive in accommodating our wishes. She was always friendly when contacting her, and responsive at all times. Her home is quiet, clean, and quite comfortable.

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely home! The house was very clean and well-maintained, and it’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that made for a relaxing stay. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient. One of the highlights was the amazing view of the ocean right from the house absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

We wanted a place between Santa Cruz and Monterey for our vacation, and we were pleasantly surprised by the beauty and seclusion of the property. Soojin was super responsive to any and all questions, and the place was perfectly clean- and had an amazing view. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful place on the beach and a great host!

This place felt like we were staying at a classy, upscale friend’s place. Seriously, the quality of the amenities to the mugs to the thoughtful touches spread all over the home were very much appreciated. Ideal location that is walking distance to the beach and driving distance to the many scenic spots that the Santa Cruz area has to offer. Would 100% stay here again!

We had a great time here! Clean, great location, and comfortable. Spent a few days here with my little kids because our place was getting painted, and we all had a great time. Short walk for beach and pool, park right next door, and a beautiful view from the living room. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Aptos.

This was the perfect place for my family and I to relax and enjoy. Plenty to do and a great little restaurant right on location. Sidharth was awesome to communicate with and was very proactive.

Amy's place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to Monterey/Big Sur, grocery stores and the beach. It was perfect for three of us (parents + adult child) and gave us a great home-base for exploring the area for the week. There was a bit of noise at night and early in the morning from adjacent neighbors and things going on outside (vehicles, trash collection, etc.) but it wasn't disruptive to our stay. As an added bonus, there was a delicious little cafe and coffee shop in the shopping center just across the street (Cafe Mia Brew Bar & Bistro) - would recommend breakfast or lunch there for sure!
