Beach house holiday rentals in Pacific City

We had a great stay at the Sea Gypsy! The house is very comfortable and we would stay there again. The location is very close to the beach and Cape Kiwanda, we enjoyed exploring Bob Straub State Park, which was less than 5 minutes driving and definitely walkable from the house. The master bedroom was spacious with it's own bathroom and had such wonderfully soft sheets! The kitchen was well-equipped with good-quality pots and pans. Families with kids might want to bring their own plastic plates/ bowls/ cups for kids. Otherwise it was family-friendly and the kids enjoying the games available. Thank you for hosting us!

We enjoyed 5 nights at the Gullymonster. It was furnished with everything we needed and we booked it for the extras that we wanted, such as: the views, the quick walk to the beach, the hot tub and the option to bring our fur child. We would definitely book another stay. Appreciated the comfy bed(s) and the local recommendations were a nice added touch.

The house is beautiful and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The communications with the hosts was excellent. Everything is pristine!

This was my second stay at the Dolphin House. This little beach house has great ocean views from the big picture windows. Loved the comfy furniture and the Adirondack chairs on the little oceanside deck were great for morning coffee or evening glass of wine (when it wasn’t too windy!). I’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful oasis! We have a two year old and four year old and truly enjoyed this special place. If you have littles be warned that there is a cliff drop off from the deck to the beach which wasn’t totally clear from the listing/ pics. Also there’s no pack and play or plastic cups/ plates etc for kids so bring your own and plan accordingly. Overall incredible experience and memories for a lifetime.

PURE PARADISE. Everything about our stay was perfect. I dreamed up this trip so my senior rescue dogs could experience the beach and it was all of my dreams come true. Once you get here there is really no reason to leave and when it's time to check out you won't want to. You have beach access from the backyard by traversing the rock steps, but we opted instead for the two minute walk to the public beach access with a nice ramp for the old pups. There are a variety of shops, restaurants and things to do within mere steps of your front door including the scenic railroad. The sun room of this house is the show stopper. We spent most of our time in here enjoying our "beach tv." House has a beautiful layout, beds were comfy, and host has thought of everything you could possibly need. Appreciated the ability to run a few loads of laundry. Honestly, I wish I could buy this Airbnb. Host made it clear they were reachable if needed but we had no issues whatsoever.

We had an incredible stay! The home was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the beach. Our whole group, me, my sister, her husband, and all our kids, had such a memorable time together. Krista was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process seamless. We loved exploring the beach, especially during low tide when we got to see the iconic rock formation known as “the Arch” (highly recommend bringing water shoes!). The weather was gorgeous during our visit, and we ended each day with a sunset on the beach and a cozy bonfire. It truly was a magical stay, and we’re already hoping to come back someday!

5 Stars – A Perfect Home Away from Home! We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful beach house in Rockaway Beach! From the moment we walked in, it truly felt like a home away from home—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The decor was charming, the beds were super comfortable, and the views were absolutely stunning. We loved being just a short walk from the beach, and the quiet neighborhood made it easy to unwind. The pet friendly policy was amazing as we never travel without our dogs! Whether we were sipping coffee on the deck or enjoying a peaceful evening by the fireplace, every moment was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

This is the second time we've stayed in Chris's home. This unit is completely stocked with everything you would need for cooking and comfortable bedding. We saw whales right in front of the unit. Once again, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely be back again.

Small studio that is shared with a larger home. I think the rest of the home is also a rental so we were thankful nobody else was there. Not exactly what I thought when renting out the “entire space” so not a crazy great value given the nightly rate. Very clean and short drive into Pacific City (less than 5min).

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

We had a great time here. Lovely home; beautifully furnished and decorated. Hot tub was lovely. Be prepared to get your steps in! Check out procedure was reasonable and easy.

We loved our stay at this cozy little place! As a parent of two small children who had stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, this is the most well stocked place we have ever stayed. My kids loved it and are asking to go back already. We had a couple hiccups during check in but Brandon and his team were responsive and quickly helped us solve the problems. We would love to come stay again. Oh, and the beds are comfy. Which you can’t say for all Airbnbs. ;) IYKYK

We had the most wonderful time at “Our Happy Place” the home was clean and so comfortable! Walking distance to the warm pool was a hit for our kids and the short walk to the beach was perfect for beach combing. The neighborhood was charming and so peaceful. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax in the evenings. One of the best air bnb’s we’ve ever stayed in!

we stayed here for our 24th anniversary and it was everything we wanted and more there was a problem with the water during our stay - Tyler responded very quickly getting us information on the problem it was a broken water pipe nearby not at his house and when we could expect it to be fixed he then bought us a lunch for the inconvenience and finally checked in with us later to make sure the water was back on when it was supposed to be (it was) his response made the issue not an issue do not hesitate to stay here - it was perfection in every way

Wow! What a wonderful place. So close to the beach and an easy walk to town. In a gated community this home and neighborhood is a gem. Spotless, clean, and comfortable with all you need to cook a great meal. The beds were comfortable too. The back fenced patio was great for entertaining and for our dog. We definitely want to come back

This beach house was exactly what we had in mind for a fun weekend away with the kids! Josephine’s house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and was located within walking distance to the beach/town. The house is clean + has a great layout . Highly recommend!

This home was very inviting and clean! It was just as described in the listing. Kyla was very gracious and communicated with us politely. She checked with me the next morning to make sure that we got in ok and that our needs were being met. The extra amenities for children were very helpful. Great location, right on the beach with fantastic views of the famous large boulder in the ocean. We attended for a wedding that took place on the beach. The property was as described but we appreciated the decor and style of the home. Sort of like a 1970s cabin type of feel. Very clean with 3 BR and a very open living area. Daniel was very responsive to our questions. Easy check in and checkout.

The place was definitely a loft beach house. Perfect for summer and relaxing outside beach access was so close, stores and restaurants

This was a lovely little spot right off the main road! Super close to the brewery and the beach. Felt right at home!
