I also provide space heaters in each room during cooler months of December-March. AC is rarely needed in any house near the beach but we want our guests to be as comfortable as possible***

Located at the edge of downtown OB close to all restaurants and night life. Centrally located to all main San Diego attractions.

It has it's own gated private entrance, easy self check-in and it's 4 blocks to the beach. Enjoy the 2 bikes, beach chairs & boogie boards.

The house is centrally located in San Diego making visits allover easy. We are right next to the 5 star Pacific Terrace Hotel. There are 2 rooms, 1 private bathroom for guests, and a pullout couch if needed. Please note, I am home but keep to myself.
