Monthly Rentals in Pa Ko Dam

This is my second time staying at this property. This time were 7 of us, but the property was listed for 6. They were kind of to accommodate the extra person with a slightly more price which was well within our budget. They even offered to add an extra mattress. Just like last time, it was like staying at the comfort of my house. All my friends commended me for selecting this property. They loved it as well. It was especially useful to have a good working Kitchen, because most of my friends are vegetarians and they needed to prepare their own food. We also got to use the washing machine, as we were there for Songkran and had to wash and dry our wet clothes. It is just the most perfect place for group of friends or family to stay. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anybody visiting Chiang Rai. Bonus note - All my friends were using all the showers and hair dryer all at once, and the power tripped. This was kind of late at night. We sent a chat and owner came right away to fix it for us.

We visited Chiang Rai for a to night stay. We were welcomed nicely and had a nice little hut. There is a bath tub outside and a comfortable bed inside. There is nice breakfast included from the a la carte menu. Staff was very friendly and didn‘t leave any wishes open. The centre of CR is reachable in scooter within 10-15 min. 100% recommended.

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. This cozy romantic house is set in a beautiful, peaceful area surrounded by greenery — a perfect escape from the city. There’s also an amazing restaurant nearby where everything is homegrown — it truly felt like a hidden gem. The breakfasts were a lovely surprise, and the whole place gave us a deep sense of peace and homeliness. It was honestly our favorite place in Chiang Rai, and we’d happily come back again.
