This brand new stone house manages to blend a mix of traditional and neoclassic styles into the perfect vacation "maison".Its open space layout is ideal for families while its size alone makes sure that you will feel spoiled.On a total of 165 m2 there are 2 very spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the top floor and an open plan full kitchen, dining room,living room,office space and bathroom on the ground floor. It is possible to rent it together with a separate cottage for 2 extra people

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Villa Alba has been recently renovated. It combines traditional stone construction with small modern touches. It is located in the center of the island in the village of Platanos. Many beautiful beaches such as Kipiadi, Kipos, Kaki Lagada, Alati are very close to the house. The house consists of an open space with kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

Aglaia V Studio, in the heart of Gaios, Paxos

Aglaia V. Studio is situated in center of Gaios, the capital of Paxos island. Studio is on the second floor of the building so it has a magnificent view to the port, st. Nikolas Island and the town. The beach is 250 meters from studio and shops, cafes and bars are 2 minutes away. The bedroom can host 2 guests either friends or a couple. Family, or couples are welcomed at recently renovated ''Vintage House'' !!! Located in Gaios village, within a few minutes' walk from restaurants and bars and a 5-6-minutes from the nearest beach ! The self catering accomodation of Vintage House consists of two A/C separate bedrooms (a double and a twin one) and one bathroom. There is a seating/living room area with sofa and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. Air conditioning, fridge, stove ,TV.

Studio Gaia is situated in a serene location that is very close to the heart of the town of Gaios. The open plan living space has a cosy sitting room, dining area and a kitchen that although they share 16 m2, are well maintained and equipped. Fresh bath amenities and Wi-Fi facility are also provided. The garden is full of trees and if you are lucky, you can enjoy fresh vegetables and fruits according to the season.

Neraduhouse is a beautiful old stone ground floor house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
