Welcome 😊 Here you can enjoy nature and comfort in beautiful surroundings! The apartment has its own entrance, at the end of our detached house. Private indoor pool in a separate building for guests to use. The pool is heated from the winter holidays until November. In winter, you can rent without a pool – lower price. Exercise on a treadmill, rowing machine and elliptical machine. The infrared sauna in the boathouse is included in the rent. We rent out kayaks and SUP boards. A boat with fishing equipment can be rented by appointment. Use of equipment is at your own risk.

From the terrace is enjoyed morning and late evening sun. Kayak loan to be agreed upon in beforehand. Walking distance to café, beach, frisbee course, bird sanctuary, museum, grocery store, golf course, hiking areas. From parking about 70 meters to walk on a gravel path. The trail is a bit steep in place. From Bergen, about 40 minutes by car Linen and towels included in the price.

Newly renovated home from March 2026. The accommodation is located west facing and has sun all day, there is a sea view where you can see the boat traffic to Bergen. Rural and child-friendly, but at the same time only 15-20 min from Bergen city center by car. Bus stop 100m away. Here you will have a large garden with several seating groups, barbecue, pizza oven, hot tub, fire pit and 2 fishing rods. Large new modern holiday cottage with a large garden, large outdoor massage bath, private outdoor sauna and a fantastic location by the great sea. The cabin sleeps 20 persons and has belonging to it a boat which is located close to the cabin's marina. The cabin holds all the necessary equipment for a gorgeous stay. The cabin is ideal for celebrating public holidays as well as holidays and birthday celebrations. The cabin has an associated boat and water scooter, which can be rented if desired. More boats/water scooters can be obtained

Kolstadtunet guesthouse

Cozy house in a rural, scenic setting, just a 1-hour drive from Bergen city (46 km). Large garden and terrace with sun from morning to evening. Here, the family can spend the days hiking in the mountains and fields, go on a kayak trip on the water, or simply relax and enjoy the silence on the terrace with a firepan. The nearest nearby center with shop is Manger, 5 min drive away. We include ready-made beds and towels. The house was newly renovated in 2025, and is used as a country house by me and my husband Leon.

Extremely nice holiday cottage

We are pleased to present a completely raw holiday cottage in a cove with a very nice view and a small sandy beach 15 meters from the cottage. Marina 25 meters from the cabin. Here you get far away from the city, noise and everyday life, to silence, magnificent and beautiful nature. Who wouldn't want to "land" out here after a busy day and enjoy the waves from the sea. Outdoor wood-fired hot tub. There are great hiking trails right outside the cabin door with "adventure forest" and viewpoints towards the ocean.

Unique farm med Aneks; Alver.

Unique farm one hour drive from Bergen. The speed-boat from Bergen to Flåm arrives/departs 2 km from the farm, which makes the location perfect for day trips to explore different places nearby. The Heathland Centre is also located nearby which has an information center with a cafe and hiking trails around the area. The closest food store, Feste, is located approximately 8 km away. The farm is situated on the coast with possibility to hike, go fishing or just relax in the peaceful countryside.

Cozy cottage in idyllic surroundings. The cabin is located at Risnes, close to Bøvågen in Alver municipality. Short way on path/ in grass down the cabin, and path on to the sea. Inlet electricity and water. Heat pump. Large terrace, barbecue can be used, fire pan. Nice hiking opportunities in the area. 10 min drive to shop, Bunnpris Bøvågen. Recommended/ easiest to get by car. Bring drinking water. Good shoes are recommended, tall grass, terrain. sheep may be on pasture, closed gates

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Welcome to our cosy and modern newly renovated cabin at Seim in Alver municipality. Here you can enjoy unique and calm surroundings. The cabin is about a 1-hour drive from the airport and a 40-minute drive from Bergen. Only 18 minutes' drive from Knarvik Amfi Shopping Centre and 8 minutes to the SPAR supermarket. The cabin is located by Seimsfjorden with a direct view of the sea from the living room window and good sunlight throughout the day.

Welcome in my hut by the lake :-) Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, go fishing, hiking, sit on the terasse or simply read a book. Bergen is 30 min drive by car, bus availabe 1 km walk from the house. I speak English, German and Norwegian.
