Amazing views of the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. Welcome to our nice treehouse! In this scenic place you can relax with the whole family, while being close to Bergen with city life and cultural offerings. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and there are views of the forest and water. Here you can enjoy a quiet night's sleep with the forest as the closest neighbor. The house is built in solid wood that provides a warm atmosphere. There is an open room with bathroom and loft/bedroom. The house is part of a tuna with a sheltered patio.

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Tiny cabin by the sea

The cabin is located in the middle of the nature just 50 meters from the sea. It is a 20 minute hike to get to the cabin, and it is completely undisturbed. Here you can enjoy nature, the sea, the horizon and the silence. The view is exceptional almost everywhere you look. Cozy up inside the cabin, or take your fishing rod and see if you get lucky throwing from the rocks. Enjoy the sunshine or admire the wild stormy ocean. This is a perfect place to relax away from everyday life.

Welcome in my hut by the lake :-) Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, go fishing, hiking, sit on the terasse or simply read a book. Bergen is 30 min drive by car, bus availabe 1 km walk from the house. I speak English, German and Norwegian.

The Icehouse - peaceful by the fjord, near Bergen
