Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story.   We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory. The special flair of this cottage has been maintained.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, as well as a double bed. There is plenty of room for an extra bed for a child. The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. If you need a washing machine, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The rural location invites you to switch off & relax, but due to the proximity to Kempten, nearby sports & recreational areas (Alps, Lake Constance, etc.), thermal baths and many other leisure activities, there is still no boredom. Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!

Welcome to my charming tiny house in Kaufering, located in the beautiful region of Landsberg am Lech. The house has a cozy sleeping loft with skylight and another bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. Despite the compact size, the tiny house offers a cozy living area that allows a beautiful view of the private garden thanks to the generous window areas.

Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.
