Welcome to stay in our gem, the Skärgårdsvillan in Bröllopsviken, which is a modern house (built in 2021) on two floors by the shore of the Baltic Sea. Large terrace down to the water, 3 large French doors that blur the lines between inside and outside. A stay in peace and quiet. We are very keen to ensure that there is a calm and pleasant atmosphere in our places. Create new memories in this unique and family-friendly accommodation. Overlooking Lake Yngaren and the meadow directly outside, the house has an undisturbed location. Located on a hillside with sun all day. 150 meters to swimming area with sandy beach, jetty and swimming raft. A well-stocked store is a short drive or walk away. Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

Accommodation with a fantastic location by the sea, only 10 metres from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing by outside the house, which has a terrace facing the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. A nature reserve for walking and running is a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub on our jetty can be rented for one evening. Currently under repair. Available from 20/5.

Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.
