The bottom is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddle to Stendörrens nature reserve. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built holiday home (2023) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings & gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre nature reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak tour or cook together. There is ample space for socializing and lovely dinners as well as the possibility to close the door (7 bedrooms - 8 beds including bed linen and towels).

Köket är utrustat med två spisplattor, Air fryer, ugn finns ej. Utomhus finns grill med kol o tändvätska. Täcken och kuddar finns men sängkläder och handdukar tar ni med själva. Städning ingår ej. Städutrustning finns så ni städar själva efter er.
