Horse farm with commuter location in Bergshammar, Nyköping

Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking.

Cottage by the sea with pool and new hot tub

This old cozy cottage is newly renovated. There is now a nice new kitchen, a new fully tiled bathroom, and a new bedroom with two single beds. One bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a fireplace. On the property is a small cabin with two beds. We have a hot tub year-round for 6 people and a heated pool in the summer, approx. May 24 to June 30. Electric car outlet. A few hundred meters away there is a swimming dock with a ladder and a sandy beach. Here you can find tranquility in scenic surroundings with the sea close by and create new fond memories.

Mastvägen

Two newly-renovated cottages located on a large hilly plot. The big house is about 90 sqm with a nice view of Bråviken. In the guest house of about 30 sqm you live comfortably but more compact. Available: Apple TV, internet and electric car charger (for a fee). Heating or cooling with an air heat pump. Duvets and pillows for 12 persons. Guests bring own bed linen and towels. Close to a nice swimming area and about 2 km to a grocery store & bus. In Nävekvarns harbor there is a summer restaurant and food trucks with food and ice cream.

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy a unique location by the sea. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves, and they are a dream for sun, swimming and relaxation. The beach is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The house is highly appreciated by canoeists, who then have a short paddle to Stendörren Nature Reserve. The view from both the bedroom and living room makes this place enchanting and our guests blown away. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on the summer vacation.

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Annexet Karlberg

Newly built holiday home with flexible sleeping accommodations 3.5 km outside the center of Nyköping, near the exit from the E4 and the Påljungshage and Gustavsberg shopping centers. If you are on a transit or business trip and want to stay overnight, the accommodation is ideal. Wifi, TV and several streaming services are available. Good parking facilities, even for slightly larger service vehicles. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.

Rent this lovely cottage located on a small hill with the sea as a neighbor. Completely renovated one-story house with fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and TV with Chromecast and Apple TV, two bedrooms and bathroom. Patio with roof and infrared heating with nice view of horse farm and sea. The cottage is secluded and shielded from neighbors. The host couple live only 100 meters away. On the farm there are horses, dogs, cats and chickens.
