Holiday rentals with a patio in Owen County

Our second stay at this gem ABnB. Would NOT HESITATE to stay there in the future. Clean, well stocked, and very easy access. Love the friendly cat (we call Greyson) that greets you at the base of the steps every morning and welcomes you home for the evening.

We had a great stay at Tandhy & Teresia’s Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. Everything matched what we expected and more. The hosts were phenomenal—friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever we had a question. Their communication was timely and helpful, which made our stay smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend booking with them if you’re looking for a reliable and pleasant Airbnb experience!

Mikala was very accommodating, quick to respond and very helpful. We were in Bloomington to visit family and she was very kind to let us have family over for dinner and the kids for an overnight! She helped make our visit in Bloomington very special!

Brooke was a very responsive and helpful host! She checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything, and the place was just as described. Off street parking was a plus, and it was close to everything/walkable for our weekend. Highly recommend!

Rachel’s place was just as described. Rachel was so responsive to questions, it was a pleasure. This was a perfect place to be for my granddaughter’s graduation. And Rachel proved fresh eggs from her chickens which were delicious. I would recommend this place highly.

Andrew and Amy are very thoughtful hosts and are quite responsive. The location is good -- downtown Bloomington -- just a short walk to the center of town and Indiana University.

Comfortable spacious home right on the regional airport property. Home was exactly as described on listing. It was unique, enjoyable, and close to shops & restaurants. About 15 mins from IU, but we didn’t need to be near the campus. The house was plenty big for us to spread out and enjoy the big TV. The pots and pans in the kitchen were very handy, but when shopping, be sure to buy basics like cooking oil, salt/pepper, & coffee. A dishwasher would’ve been handy, but to avoid washing, we just brought paper plates and cups. We eat a lot! The shower water had great water pressure and got comfortably hot. Lots of towels and linens too. We appreciated the blackout blinds in the bedrooms as it got quite sunny early in the mornings. Beds were comfy too I like a little reading lamp at my bedside, but there was only one lamp like that in the sitting room. I took it with me to the bedroom every night just so I can read & turn it off easily. Kristine was responsive & helpful. Great stay!

We loved our family stay at Joe’s place. It was close to IU for graduation. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces—the hot tub was a bonus! Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. Joe was very communicative, responding right away. Couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Would highly recommend.

I found this space to be comfortable, clean, and convenient. It strikes a tone of quiet country simplicity—a good place to relax in a removed but not remote farmhouse setting. It is well furnished with thoughtful touches—such as device-charge cables and a fully-stocked coffee machine—all of which met my needs with no undue complications. The hosts are fast to respond and communicative too. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We were so impressed with everything at Alex’s place. We totally appreciated the snack layout especially - LOL. There was plenty of space for us all. We totally enjoyed the access to the B-line. The decor was amazing, especially as IU grads of the early 90’s. The porch was a great hang. We played cornhole in the back yard. We would definitely stay there again!

Chad was very proactive and responsive to any questions we had. Great home, great amenities, would stay here again!

This is an unbelievably beautiful place. The Ranch is huge and beautiful, exactly like the photos. The surrounding area is gorgeous, tons of wildlife and beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend!!

My friends and I loved Michael’s place! Everything was clean and the place was just as pictured/described-we felt right at home. Michael was very easy to communicate with and provided clear, easy check in/check out instructions. I’d highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at this home with our dog! Our dog loved the big backyard, and the house was cute with a comfy bed! Sara was very responsive and communicative.

Driving up we were greeted by beautiful deer at the entry! The peaceful area was very relaxing and once we were inside it was perfection. We got settled in and slept amazingly on that comfortable mattress! Check in and checkout were a breeze and if we’re in the area again we’d definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place. It was very clean, organized, cozy, and nicely decorated. The view off the screened porch is beautiful-especially in the fall. Kathy was responsive and flexible. We were visiting for an IU football game weekend so we didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing and enjoying it as we would have liked. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

Great place to stay if you’re enjoying lake Monroe, visiting Bloomington, or going to campus. Quiet and right off the golf course. Will not hesitate to stay again if I’m back in the area!

Loved my peaceful, relaxing stay at Leila’s treetop hideaway! From the quiet of the day to the visits from deer at dusk to the bright twinkle of stars at night, the comfort of the updated rooms welcomed and soothed my soul. There are also lots of opportunities for exploring, hiking, and enjoying the lake close by. Even with extreme heat outside, I was comfortable inside with the AC units and ceiling fans. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Perfectly outfitted, it felt like it was tailored just for me while my son attended a nearby camp. The nearby restaurant was a lifesaver, making meals effortless, and the space was a true gift for resting and relaxing after busy days. Bonus: the TVs were so easy to figure out, adding to the seamless comfort and enough coffee to get me through the weekend. Highly recommend!
