Welcome to Granlia in Mjøndalen. A large and family-friendly detached house in a quiet area close to nature, perfect for both relaxation and activities all year round. The property has a large garden and a balcony. There are 2 garage spaces available. Close to a playground, Eiker golf course, fishing lake and ski slopes. The property is a short distance from Drammen (approx. 15 minutes by car/train) and Oslo (approx. 45–60 minutes by train/car). There are good public transport connections in the area, with buses and trains that make it easy to get around.

Newer apartment

I'm renting out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standard. It has a sheltered and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short distance to the city center. There is also a short distance to the bus, train and grocery store. The countryside and nice hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity for those interested in the outdoors. Since it's my home I'm renting out, there will be a few items I can't remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive. Rented to non-smokers.

There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood-burning stove that is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 people. A couple of extra guest beds can also be added and there is the possibility to sleep on the sofa so there is room for many.

Cozy little cottage at Vegotjern

Perfect for those who want to travel with the family on a trip, a group of friends, a girlfriend or just alone. Idyllic small cabin located only 2 meters from the waterfront. Here you can both fish and swim. Rowboat on site. The cabin has a simple standard with an outhouse, 12V solar power system. Drinking water can be obtained at the parking lot. Propane and wood are included in the price. Gravel road is used to get to the parking lot. Here there is a toll of NOK 50. It is about 150 meters to walk from the parking lot to the cabin.

If it gets too much of a good thing, it's under 20 minutes down to the Kebab in Hokksund. 100% renewable electricity from your own solar power plant. The whole cabin is newly renovated in 2018. It can be a little difficult to find the cabin in the dark. There is no heat on, so it has to be fired! 10 min walk in winter.

There are great outdoor areas for walking, fishing, skiing, paddling, swimming and cycling right nearby. Rural location with 500 meters to bus stop and about 5 km to train. Free parking with charging option for electric car for a fee. When I'm not renting out the place, I live there. Some rooms and cabinets will therefore not be available.

(must be ordered the day before) The apartment has a simple standard. Linen and towels are included.

The cottage has its own beach, jetty and billiard table. Boat (archipelago jeep) can be rented. Large, spacious rooms, with beds for 19, sleeping space for 23.
