Parking on the property. Bed linen/towels must be brought. Final cleaning must be carried out by the tenant. ATTENTION allergy sufferers, dogs/cats allowed, two cats live outside.

Farmhouse from 1860 that has been renovated so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood-burning stove that is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 people. A couple of extra guest beds can also be added and there is the possibility to sleep on the sofa so there is room for many.

The cabin consists of a charming room with dining table, kitchen and sleeping space for 2 guests. Among the unique facilities you will find the jetty area, outhouse, outdoor porch, and dining area. The cabin has a unique view of the lake, which creates a very special atmosphere. There is a cozy staircase down to the jetty which is located right by the water. Here you can really relax and find peace in everyday life.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Modern semi-detached house built in 2018 with high standard, nice sheltered garden, several terraces and sunny location. There are great outdoor areas for walking, fishing, skiing, paddling, swimming and cycling right nearby. Rural location with 500 meters to bus stop and about 5 km to train. Free parking with charging option for electric car for a fee. When I'm not renting out the place, I live there. Some rooms and cabinets will therefore not be available.

The house is only 15 min walk from USN and FTO. 5 min drive up to Kongsberg Ski Center. Very nice view to the ski center. Leaving: Malt panel on walls and ceiling Flooring: Telemark design laminate, tile in the bathrooms, laundry room and hallway. Step sound plates in all floors, including basement. Kitchen: Norema kitchen with Miele appliances. (fridge and freezer is AEG) heating: Energy well with floor heating in 100% of the home, very warm and warm house. Constant heat at 24-25 degrees.

Small, simply furnished one-bedroom apartment (2 single beds), room with kitchenette (no oven or kitchen fan – avoid cooking), dining area, bathroom with shower cubicle and underfloor heating. Heat pump that can both heat and cool. Calm residential area. It's good to know that from 9 o'clock, the chickens and rooster are out in their yard. Bed linen and towels can be found and the kitchen has a kettle, fridge, stove top, microwave. We stand for the cleanliness after your stay.

The apartment is located in an annex next to the pottery workshop of Rigmor Husøy. The houses that are newly renovated are from 1750 and are centrally located in Old Town Kongsberg. Very close to facilities such as food shops, cafe´s, culture park, ski, silver mines and shopping. 5 minutes walk to the bus that runs directly to Kongsberg Ski resort. A quiet and family friendly area. We have a dog and a cat. We live in the main house and rent out the annex.
