Built 1910, the front of the house accommodated the shopfront for a local cobbler. This house incorporates a larger than usual backyard and outdoor entertaining area and has a secure rear park for a small car. Comfortably sleeps 4, but can accommodate 6 with a sofa bed in the 'shopfront', $40 fee applies.
