Morriña is a recently renovated house (2019) on the banks of the Miño River, where the water ‘crashes’ against the house’s veranda. It has two exterior bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a veranda overlooking the river on the upper floor. A kitchen with a dining area and a toilet, with access to the courtyard and the veranda, on the ground floor. A great deal of attention has been paid to lighting and comfort. This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. Enjoy listening to the quiet rustling of the river while you drift off to sleep. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive the beaches and to the nearest village where you can find everything you need.

Casa das Tedeceiras are three apartments in one of the best preserved areas of the Sierra del Courel. We are a couple who are committed to living in these mountains and decided to restore an old house respecting the original materials - stone and chestnut wood. The result is three individual rooms with 5 and 6 seats that, with their common areas, can be converted into a single room for a total of 17 people. We want you to feel at home in this magical setting.
