Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Village in the heart of Morvan, about 2.5 hours from Paris and Lyon and in the middle of 3 beautiful Morvan lakes. A 10-minute walk to the center of the village, the house is completely independent and not overlooked. It has a large living room with direct access to a south-facing terrace and a large garden. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a dormitory with 3 single beds to accommodate you as well as a meadow for your horses.

Vanuit het huisje wandel je zo langs het meer voor een frisse duik. Voor de boodschappen is de dichtstbijzijnde stad 13 km. Dit sfeervolle huis staat in een klein gehuchtje aan het ‘Lac de Pannecière’ in het prachtige Regionaal Natuurpark Morvan in hartje Bourgogne. Het is er stil, groen en heeft de mooiste sterrenhemels.

The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

LA PASTOURELLE BY THE LAKE – FISHING AND NATURE IN A WILD AND EXCLUSIVE SETTING Experience the charm of La Pastourelle; its attention to detail (entirely restored 2018), along with the peace and beauty of this wild, protected and private location, offers total relaxation. The 18th Century, traditional stone, Morvandelle house, its sunbathed terrace, faces its own lake and sits within the 7 hectares of park and forest on the domaine of the old Auberge des Brizards. Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

20 minutes from the Great Lakes, stay in an old forge with rustic charm, surrounded by nature and animals. Large master bedroom (35 m²) with private bathroom and toilet. Relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi and rowing machine. Optional room in a former hayloft (2 people) with shower and toilet. (No kitchenette) but electric hotplates and gas BBQ available with pots, pans, plates... Hikes from the house, games (boules, table tennis, badminton) and bike rental.
