Holiday rentals with a patio in Ouro Branco

The apartment is very spacious. The living room and bedrooms are large and well ventilated. We like it very much. Viviane was very helpful, helped us and guided us during the stay.

D. Nadir is a person's charm, it was very helpful and helpful while hosting. We had an intercurrence with the shower, but she promptly resolved the issue. The place is simple, but it has met our needs (bed and bath). It is close to the historic center, so we were able to do everything on foot (10 to 20 minute walks). The street is no exit, and therefore very quiet. The neighborhood is quite safe to walk back at night. The town is very damp and cold, so I recommend taking clothes and, if possible, an extra blanket. Only I do not indicate the location for people with mobility issues, due to the stairs and the hikes on the hills to reach the historic center.

The stay was great! The house is a grace, all clean and it works great! The hosts are wonderful too, very helpful and have given us great indications. All perfect!

Paulo provided very useful information during our stay, from location indications to transportation around the region (which was extremely helpful). He made us feel right at home! In addition, the bathroom was quite clean and the house was very well organized.

I really like the apartment. It was according to the images and description. Elizabeth has made herself available to meet us to the specifications of the listing. The apartment was organized and we like the accommodation. I just found it a little far from the historical center. But, as we were driving, it wasn't necessarily a problem. I recommend it!

After a long drive it was great to arrive in a very nice house, clean and smelling, and entitled to pampering guests. Very kind and receptive hosts. Home equipped with everything we needed, as well as being a grace. I highly recommend!

It was a relaxing weekend. Very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We found the accommodation more beautiful than in the photos, by the way. Arley was very helpful and attentive. Lena, who guided us through check-in and check-out, was very friendly and helpful.

The house is very well decorated. Many decorative items, some of them probably with a lot of history! As a courtesy, we have coffee beans in the house that can be ground on the spot. French press, coffee grinder. Full kitchen. There are three en-suites with great mattresses and plenty of linens. The showers also heat up a lot. With towel warmers in the bathrooms. Fast Wi-Fi. Garage for multiple cars. The house has features beyond what is advertised. Barbecue area with space for a bonfire and firewood available. Bathroom next to the gourmet area. Complete barbecue kit. The house's garden was lovely. Everything was very well cared for. Special thanks to Magela for hosting us so well.

Strategic location, bakery and nearby restaurants, cozy and complete lodging, on-site meals can be prepared. Hostã Thaís is very clear and objective in the instructions, kind.

The stay at the forest house was excellent! Communication with the host was easy and quick. The site corresponded with the past description, and met expectations. The only point that maybe could improve would be the lighting above the stove! For being a chalet, it gets darker and when we cook we feel a little bit of lack of more lighting nearby. But all excellent. We highly recommend the chalet and would definitely come back in another opportunity.

The stay was excellent! The house was super clean, with smelling bed and baths and all very well taken care of. Me referred to that cozy grandmother's house, full of fondness in the details. The kitchen is well equipped, with utensils that make everyday life much easier. Location is great too, close to everything! As a suggestion of improvement, the stove could be modernized, as the current one is somewhat old and difficult to handle. A barbecue in the outside area would also be a differential. The street is a bit noisy, with movement of cars and people, so those who are light sleepers may have some difficulty. Overall, I was very pleased and will definitely be back again!

nice place, everything as described, I had unforeseen events and Danilo was very nice, in getting the key delivered to me after hours, very good house, met all our needs, it is a little far from the center of Ouro Preto, but nothing that would hinder our stay there, for those who go to Ouro Preto, it is well worth rent this accommodation...
